Alexandra Cooper, daughter of Bryan Cooper and Laurie Cooper, was born in Newtown (Pennsylvania) on the 21st, 1994. Her father was a hockey player for the University of Wisconsin. Boston University's coach recognized her athleticism, and they offered her a scholarship to play sports. Cooper was able to accept the scholarship and she played soccer on Boston University's Division-1 squad for four years. Cooper served as captain in throughout her senior year. Cooper helped lead the team to four M.C.T. In all four years Cooper was a Prep-A winner and the M.C.T. She also earned All-Prep First Team as well as All-Area First Team recognition as a senior and junior. Cooper excelled in other areas also. When she was in college Cooper began to be fascinated by media and the entertainment industry. To become a professional in this field she decided to pursue it. When she graduated at Boston University, she earned an honors degree in Television and Film.
