Mary Marg Helgenberger is an American actress. She was born on the 16th of November, 1958. She began her acting career in the early 1980s. She became famous for her role as Siobhan Ryan between 1982 and 1986 on the daytime drama Ryan's Hope. Catherine Willows' role in the CBS procedural crime drama her most well-known for. In 2007, she earned a bachelor's in art history at Columbia University. In 2017 she was appointed co-host of the daily chat program The View. She will continue to host until 2021. McCain's other projects include being an Daily Mail columnist after her stint of three years at The View. McCain also wrote four additional books, including America You Sexy Bitch, A Love Letter to Freedom, and Bad Republican.
